Terms of Service

These terms define the rules for using PipCopier and the responsibilities that remain with every account owner.

LAST UPDATED · JULY 29, 2026
PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY
  • PipCopier is execution software—not a broker or adviser.
  • You control the account, risk settings, providers, and final trading decision.
  • Automation and AI can fail; no result or profit is guaranteed.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, connecting Telegram or a connector, or using PipCopier, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice and Trading Risk Disclosure.

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a binding contract, and permitted to use automated trading software in your location and with your broker. If you use PipCopier for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. What PipCopier provides

PipCopier is software that monitors Telegram channels selected by you, uses configured AI services and deterministic checks to interpret messages, applies your risk controls, sends eligible instructions to your MetaTrader connector, and records execution and performance information.

PipCopier is not a broker, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, fiduciary, financial adviser, signal provider, or guarantor. It does not hold client funds, open a brokerage account for you, or determine whether a trade is suitable for your circumstances.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for choosing signal sources, verifying that you may access and process their content, configuring risk limits, selecting an AI provider and model, maintaining your VPS and connector, monitoring open and pending orders, and deciding whether automated execution remains appropriate.

You must use accurate account settings, protect credentials and bridge secrets, keep compatible software installed, review alerts and errors, maintain sufficient margin, and immediately disable execution when results do not match your intent.

You are responsible for complying with broker terms, Telegram and channel rules, intellectual-property rights, tax obligations, financial regulations, sanctions, and all laws applicable to your trading.

4. AI and signal interpretation

AI output is probabilistic. A model may misunderstand wording, charts, replies, edits, symbols, prices, stop-losses, take-profits, cancellations, or trade-management instructions. Verification, confidence scoring, review queues and hard risk checks reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.

Signal providers may be wrong, delayed, inconsistent, fraudulent, or operating under different prices, leverage, liquidity, account sizes, symbols or time zones. Historical channel results and leaderboard data do not predict future performance.

5. Execution and third-party services

Execution depends on systems outside PipCopier’s control, including Telegram, AI providers, hosting, internet connectivity, your VPS, MetaTrader, your connector, your broker, market liquidity and symbol configuration. Messages or commands may be delayed, duplicated, rejected, filled differently, or unavailable.

Broker records are authoritative for your actual account. Dashboard information can lag or differ during outages or reconciliation. You must confirm positions and orders in your broker terminal and must not rely on the dashboard as the sole record of account activity.

6. Acceptable use

You may not probe or bypass security, share access outside approved users, interfere with the service, submit malicious content, misuse another person’s Telegram or broker resources, violate channel rights, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, or use PipCopier for unlawful activity.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to protect the service, other users, third parties, or legal compliance, including where credentials appear compromised or use creates operational risk.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, supported models, integrations, limits and access may change. Maintenance, provider failures, market events or security incidents may interrupt service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the account contact where reasonably practicable. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipCopier and its operator disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free parsing, execution accuracy, signal quality, or trading profitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipCopier and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss; trading loss; lost profit; missed opportunity; slippage; broker action; provider outage; corrupted or delayed data; or unauthorized access caused by credentials or systems under your control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any specific fees, service levels, liability cap, governing law or dispute process stated in a signed service order or onboarding agreement controls where it conflicts with these general Terms.

9. Suspension, termination and survival

You may stop using PipCopier at any time, but you must separately remove or disable the connector and manage all broker positions and pending orders. Disconnecting Telegram or closing the web session does not itself close trades.

Provisions concerning ownership, risk, disclaimers, liability, records and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it. Contact the administrator who issued your invitation for account closure or contractual questions.
